Make these delicious but simple chicken cheese balls to munch on after Iftar!

I think you’re missing a very important snack during your iftar! You are missing these delicious chicken cheese balls that you can make yourself in just a short while. This snack is one that you can munch on whenever, it is filled with chewy, flavored chicken while cheese oozes out of it. Make these cheese balls for your iftar, and I can promise you that you will love them.

Ingredients
 ¼ cup mozzarella

2 cups sunflower oil
3 tbsp chopped onion
Salt
Water
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp oregano
250 gm chicken
5 cloves garlic
1tsp mixed herbs
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 pinches of powdered black pepper

Directions
–       Before beginning, crack and beat an egg in a separate bowl.

–       Now to season the chicken you need to mince garlic, onion and the chicken. After doing so, mix the minced chicken, onion and garlic in a bowl along with the beaten eggs, salt, pepper power, oregano and mixed herbs.
–       Take this mixture and begin to create small balls out of it. After you’ve done this, make small but hollow holes in the center of the chicken balls.
–       Place the mozzarella cheese inside the holes of the chicken ball and close it up. Do this procedure with all the other chicken balls.
–       After this is done, you need to create the batter to coat the balls. You will do this by mixing the flour and water together. This creates a paste that will keep the ball in shape.
–       One by one, dip the chicken balls into the flour-water paste and then cover them with breadcrumbs. Make sure the ENTIRE chicken ball is covered with breadcrumbs.
–       Now for the final step you will need to deep fry these chicken cheese balls until they begin to turn light brown in color.
