How to Make Stuffed Egg Paratha for Sehri

Stuffed Egg Paratha, a traditional dish with a twist is the perfect dish to cook for Sehri this Ramadan.

Ingredients 
2 cups whole wheat flour
Water (to make a dough)
2 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp of oil/ ghee

Method: 
Make a dough with whole wheat flour, salt and water and keep it aside to set.
In a bowl put egg and add finely chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, black pepper, chili powder and salt. Then whisk the batter and keep it aside.
Take the dough and makes two balls out of it, roll them into a circular disk. Apply a little oil/ ghee and fold it into a semi-circle, further folding it into a triangle. 
Heat a pan and spread 1tbsp of oil/ ghee on it and place one triangle paratha on the pan. Let it cook a little from one side, then turn that cooked side and pour the egg mixture in the middle of the triangle, allowing it to spread all over the triangle.
Now immediately place the other triangle paratha on the top and make it stick with the egg mixture and the already half cooked paratha in the pan.
Apply a little oil/ ghee over the paratha, gently flip it over and let it cook on low heat until the eggs gets cooked inside and the paratha begins to turn golden brown. 
Your Stuffed Egg Paratha is ready!
