Instant Oatmeal
This incredibly nutritious meal, rich in fiber will keep your digestive health on track and make you feel full throughout the day.

1 Serving

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water/milk
Dash of salt (optional)
Fruit/Nuts for topping

Directions
Boil water/milk and add salt.
Add the oats and stir.
Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat and stir occasionally.
Add a fruit/nut topping and serve.

Peanut Butter and Banana Bagels
Peanut Butter has healthy fats and is rich in fiber and Bananas give you a boost of energy that keeps you fresh all day long.

Ingredients
1 whole-wheat bagel, split and toasted
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of salt

Directions
Stir together the nut butter, honey and salt in a small bowl.
Spread the mixture on the split bagels.
Top the bagels with banana slices and serve

Cucumber and Egg Sandwiches
This healthy sandwich will keep you hydrated and full of energy throughout the day, as cucumbers are one of the most hydrating vegetables and eggs are rich in protein.

Ingredients
4-6 bread slices
4 eggs
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes.
After the eggs boil, drain water and let the eggs cool before you start peeling and chopping the eggs.
Take a bowl and add the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard paste, pepper and salt to the bowl and mix.
Take a bread slice, spread butter on it, add the egg mixture and layer it with cucumber slices.
Cover it with another bread slice and serve.
