A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Kansas State University, USA, with an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from INSEAD, he has held key leadership roles at Engro Fertilizers, SECMC, Thar Foundation, and Lucky Electric Power Company.
Since joining STILE as CEO in November 2025, Mr. Rizvi has focused on strengthening the organization, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and customer centricity. His leadership is centered on responding to evolving customer needs while building stronger connections with architects, designers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
