Beetroot Smoothie

Now, beetroot doesn’t need any introduction as it is everyone’s favorite and people are well acquainted to its benefits. There’s no match to this divine drink which just not only energizes, but also its flamboyant color is enough to give a mood of love and freshness. 

Ingredients
1cup pomegranate juice
1/2cup whole milk Greek yogurt
2small cooked beets
2medium pink grapefruits, peeled.
2tablespoons honey

Direction
Combine the pomegranate juice, yogurt, beets, grapefruits and honey in the blender. And voila! You can enjoy it while taking a sunbathe and thank us later!

Peppermint smoothie

This drink is amazing to keep the bleakness of winter at bay. Also, it’s very healthy in so many ways. Neither will make you fat because this refreshing and warm drink just not gives you the taste but also helps improving your digestion too. 

Ingredients
1 frozen ripe banana in pieces
1 cup almond milk 
 1/4cup of fresh mint leaves
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup

Direction
You have put all these ingredients in a blender, and what? Blend away till it gets  thoroughly mixed.  Enjoy this healthy drink in your cold morning. And be healthy.

Green smoothie

There’s always something special about this color and everything that is a product of this color. Similarly this green smoothie is holistically healthy, as it does not simply ample your energy but also helps your immune system to work properly. This drink has all those ingredients which will benefit you and fulfill the needs of your body.

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp size chunk of ginger
1/2cup water (feel free to add more or less – it depends on how thick you like your smoothies)
1/4 cup spinach or 1 kale leaf
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4lemon

Put these all ingredients in a blender, and mix until it all get mixed. And enjoy your this health snack anytime in a day.
