Fall is here and so is dry skin. Out of the many expensive products that we opt for to help us keep our skin fresh, here are some of the easiest ways you can do the same spending well nearly nothing.
Water
First things first, water. How many of you have gotten this cliché advice but never followed? Since drinking water is the most common secret to a healthy skin with almost everyone from your grandmother to your dermatologist encouraging you to have at least 12 glass of water daily. It in fact does give you a stunning and absolutely radiant skin.
Moisturizer
For getting a healthier skin, you must religiously moisturize especially during the coming season where literally your skin needs the most care. During winters your skin tends to get a little too dry and the only thing that can save it is regular moisturizing. An important tip to note here is that while moisturizing your face is key you must also not forget your neck as it needs some love too.
Exfoliate
Exfoliation is actually a process of removing the skin dead cells which should be done two and three times a week. As exfoliation has an oxymoronic relationship with our skin it helps make your skin look fresh and stay younger by removing the dead cells layers and lets your skin breath. But you must be super careful to not over-exfoliate as that can damage the skin barrier which protects you from the outside and may cause irritation.
Sunscreen
It’s important to invest in a good sunscreen rather to squander money over useless items. The importance of sunscreen is to protect your skin from the harsh and dangerous rays of sunlight. Remember one thing, no matter which season is going on — rainy or cloudy don’t forgo wearing your sunscreen because each time you do so your skin gets burned up by the scorching sun.
Sleep
Believe it or not— but most of our skin troubles are created by us skipping on our beauty sleep. Getting proper sleep helps your skin regenerate and it is not wrong to say that if you invest millions on skin-care products but don’t care about your sleep. Then those products are totally in vain.
