5 Easy Home Exercises To Lose Belly Fat

by Ahmed Gaffar Moon

Most people just wish for a toned and taut tummy when starting exercise but it can be tough getting rid of that stubborn belly fat. Our goal is to help you have a toned stomach and a fit body while being safe and healthy.

Flat belly is a badge of honor for many people but it needs to be done safely and correctly. It’s a sign that you stay fit and watch what you eat but there’s more to it than just aesthetics. A chiseled torso makes you stronger and less prone to injury.

Burpee

An all body work out since it hits all the muscles from head to toe. To lose your gut, you need to work as many muscles as possible and the burpee does just that. The explosive exercise, which requires going from a push up position to a jump and back to the push up position, can help burn belly fat faster than any other exercise or diet if performed regularly.

Running and Walking

Well, the only equipment you need for the easiest method of losing over all fat and staying healthy are a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running obviously burns more calories but walking really isn’t too far behind.

Mountain Climber

Think of this as a moving plank but you’re performing a mini crunch at the same time so that’s how intense it is. It’s almost like getting a full body workout with just one exercise. And you’re not only losing belly fat but it also has some major heart benefits.

Sprawls

This is basically another version of a burpee and shapes your upper and lower body at the same time especially your abs.  It takes the traditional burpee to the next level by having you touch your chest to the ground, then push-up to plank as you continue the move.

HIIT

Short and intense bursts of fast-paced cardio are much more effective known as HIIT (High intensity interval training). It burns more calories than cardio both during and after exercising. It basically means that your body continues to burn calories hours after your high-intensity workout is over.
